Who can use the app

You must be 18 or older. One person, one account. Keep your sign-in email and Google account secure; anyone who can read your sign-in codes or use your Google account can use your account.

Give accurate profile information, including your skill rating. Self-reported ratings are shown as self-reported.

What the app does

The app helps players find and join open plays, book courts, and run clubs. Hosts organise open plays, venues decide on court requests, and club officers manage their clubs. We provide the tools; we do not organise the open plays ourselves.

We may change, pause, or stop features. We will try to give notice of changes that affect your bookings or plays.

Open plays

Hosts decide who joins, the format, and how rounds are drawn. Applying does not guarantee a spot. If you can’t come, cancel as early as you can so someone on the waitlist can play.

Fees shown on an open play are paid to the host or the venue as their payment notes describe. We do not collect or refund payments.

Court bookings

A booking is a request until the venue approves it. Requests the venue does not answer close 2 hours before the start time. You can cancel a request or booking before it starts. A venue may cancel an approved booking with a reason.

Prices, payment, and cancellation terms for a court are set by the venue and shown on the venue page.

Scores and ratings

Enter scores honestly. The other team confirms or disputes each score. Hosts, and when needed admins, decide disputed results. Confirmed results stay on the record.

DUPR is a separate service. When DUPR connection is available and you connect your account, its own terms apply.

Your content

You own the photos and text you add. You let us store and show them in the app so it works as intended. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the Code of Conduct.

Safety and risk

Pickleball is a physical activity. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your health, equipment, and belongings. Follow the venue’s rules. We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or disputes between players, hosts, and venues, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it.

Suspension and ending your account

Admins may suspend hosting rights or accounts for breaking these terms or the Code of Conduct, with a reason recorded in our audit log. A suspended account can’t sign in until it is restored.

You can delete your account in Settings once you have no upcoming plays, bookings, hosting, club ownership, or venue duties.

Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (the app is currently free).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We may update them; we will ask you to accept important changes.
